We were in a search for a faster ISP from the current provider that we have when Globelines offered us a 1mb speed compared to the 768kb speed that we have right now. We were attracted to the offer so we applied since there no installation fee nor an advance payment was required. After 3 days, we were installed the what we thought a better service. We had a new internet provider and a new landline (bundled service). We could not share the service with our other PCs so we just let it be and used the service in just 1 PC to have a dry run, good thing we haven't disconnected the old service yet. After 2 weeks, we could not get a dial tone and there is NO INTERNET!!!!! We called their hotline and we were told to wait for 3 days, which to my dismay is too long, other providers will give you a service call within 24 hours, like the one that we currently use. Benefit of the doubt that they are still starting the service in our area, we waited for 3 days. Nothing happened after 3 day...
